Talent Booking– Elvie G PR has the relationships and capability to book the biggest names in music, film, television and sports. Our expertise in booking entertainment can be a valuable tool when looking to secure talent for your event. Elvie G PR has been booking entertainment for all types of events including concerts, award shows, casinos, corporate events and colleges. We can book your entertainment from our long list of celebrity contacts or if you do not see an artist that you are interested in, just tell us the artist you are interested in and we can contact the artist management and book that specific artist for you. We can handle all your production needs providing you with peace of mind. This includes but is not limited to booking talent, travel logistics, sound, lights, backline equipment, hotel, venue and rider requirements.

If you would like Elvie G PR to book your club or event, contact us 6 weeks before your big event and let us know what type of “Talent” you are trying to book and what your budget is. If you have specific talent requests please specify that as well.

We will reach out to your specific requests and check their schedule and attempt to get them to confirm. If you did not have a specific request we will give you ideas of what type of talent is possible for your budget. Once you decide we will reach out to them.

After we have both signed a contract, 50% of the talent fee is required within the next 10 business days. Talent demands 50% of the total fee up front to hold the date and to purchase flights, hotels, etc. The remaining 50% of the talent fee needs to be given to the talent in cash or money order the day of the show, before they step on stage.

On the day of your event, Elvie G PR will be at the event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Event Coordinating- Elvie G PR offers complete event planning services within the Hollywood/Los Angeles area and we are experienced at navigating the many aspects of staging a memorable, glitch free event.

Consulting – Elvie G PR offers consulting and solutions to clients and non clients for potential ways to heighten their visibility and increase their capital.
